Multi-Family Estimator

Calbridge Homes, a landmark Builder of single family and multi-family homes in the Calgary Region since 1978, is currently seeking an experienced MULTI-FAMILY ESTIMATOR.

As a Multi-Family Estimator for Calbridge Homes, you have a strong work ethic, matched by a minimum of 10 years experience estimating multi-family projects ranging from apartment-style condominiums to mixed-use residential / commercial developments.  Your ability to build and maintain construction budgets, deliver current project status updates to stakeholders, procure materials, develop contractual scopes of work and communicate effectively with Builder Partners are integral to the growing success of our multi-family initiatives.  You have expert knowledge of industry software programs, and can easily adapt to FAST Builder Software.

As a Construction Superintendent for Thomson Luxury Living, you exhibit an unparalleled work ethic, matched by a minimum of 7 years experience building custom estate homes for a discerning client base.  Known to raise the bar for construction excellence, you have expert knowledge of process-driven construction practices and utilize industry-related software programs to increase productivity in construction scheduling.  Your leadership involves building and maintaining professional relationships with our Clients, and communicating our standard for construction excellence to valued Builder Partners.
