Intermediate Estimator

This position provides support for job costing through the creation of purchase orders based on stock model and job information. The Estimator will help create specifications based on scheduled items, assist in building new stock models and help to distribute applicable information to vendors.
RequirementsThe qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years applicable experience in the residential home building industry, matched by strong communication skills, excellent organization and a thorough understanding of the construction process.
The ability to read blueprints, estimate plans and navigate through the construction procurement process with Builder Partners is essential to this role.
Intermediate experience with FAST Software and expert knowledge of Microsoft applications are also considered an asset.
