Calbridge Homes started as a family business, and it still is. Founded on quality and trust, we’ve always made sure to extend those values to the wider community. Since 1978, we’ve built high-quality homes and lasting communities with a passion for craftsmanship in everything we do.

We're a family business making homes for other families. Since 1978, our passion for craftsmanship has shown up in every home we build, along with our commitment to humility and collaboration. We work closely with our customers and everyone involved in the process, because the best results come from building together.
Built for community
Built by an immigrant family, we honour our roots by giving back to the communities we call home. Over the years, we've donated $500K to the Calgary Health Trust NICU and $1.5M to Triveri House for vulnerable youth. Our team shows up too, donating funds, supporting local food banks, and building homes for those in need.

2023
Calbridge turns 45! With over 80 employees building more than 200 homes each year, it's a milestone that reflects just how far a family business can go.
2016
78 Design Studio opens its doors. At 3,700 sq. ft., it gives homebuyers one beautiful space to personalize every detail of their new home.
2011
Construction begins at Fireside Cochrane, the first master-planned community by La Vita Land (Calbridge Developments), the development division of the Calbridge Group. Today, Fireside offers residents an established lifestyle just moments from the mountains.
1997
Calbridge is named BILD's Builder of the Year for the first time, an honour we received again in 2012, followed by BILD's Multi-Family Builder of the Year in 2014.
1995 & 1996
Calbridge receives a BILD's Builder of Merit Award two years in a row.
1978
Where it all began. Raimondo Ferraro and his son Joe built the first Calbridge home in Bridgeland. The name says it all: Calgary + Bridgeland = Calbridge.
