We’re a family business, making homes for other families. You can see our passion for craftsmanship in the high-quality homes we’ve built since 1978. Though proud of our work, we always remember the power of being humble. It all started in Bridgeland and Millrise and now we’ve built entire communities that have shaped what our city is today. Guided by our values, we will continue to deliver homes and growing the Calbridge family in Calgary and the surrounding area.

2023
Calbridge turns 45! Now there are over 100 employees and Calbridge builds over 200 homes a year. Calbridge celebrates in a big way their 45th anniversary.
2016
Calbridge launches their 78 Design Studio! A 3,700 square-foot space that allows clients to personalize their home design all in one place.
2011
Construction begins on the first Calbridge Developments community – Fireside of Cochrane. Today, residents enjoy a lifestyle that’s comfortably close to the mountains.
1997
Calbridge receives the award of Builder of The Year for the first time. More awards came as we received Builder of The Year for the second time in 2012, and Multi-Family Builder of The Year in 2014.
1995 & 1996
Calbridge receives Builder Award of Merit for two years in a row.
1978
Our Story Begins - Raimondo Ferraro, along with his son, Joe, build the first Calbridge home. The name combines Calgary with the community Bridgeland, where the home is built.
