    COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

    purchasing products and services from us or obtaining service or warranty work, we are here to
    make sure that you get everything you need.

    In order to provide you with our wide variety of services, products, and promotions, we may collect
    the following information when necessary:

    • Contact and mailing information such as name, address, telephone numbers, fax numbers and email address
    • Employment information, credit information, and personal references of those who are applying for credit
    • The plans, specifications and other particulars about the home which is being built for you
    • Insurance informatioN
    • Municipal and legal descriptions for your home
    • Any other relevant information which is necessary to provide you with our products and services

    We may need to collect other personal information depending on the circumstances, but we will ask
    you directly and ensure that you agree.

    We use cookies and other tracking devices on our website including the Google Analytics cookie. The use of cookies allows us to measure site activity to provide a better user experience. Cookies and other tracking devices may be used to tell us the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our site, the site you visited just before coming to ours, and the name of your Internet service provider.

    We may use third parties to serve our advertisements on other websites. In serving our advertisements, these companies may use cookies and other tracking devices to collect certain information about your visits to other websites (such as browser type, IP address, which page was visited, and time of day).     We use Google AdWords remarketing and Google Analytics remarketing to advertise Calbridge across the Internet. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the Calbridge website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. These cookies DO NOT identify you in any way or give access to your computer. The cookies simply tell us, “this anonymous person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Google AdWords remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. We will never associate personally identifiable information in our AdWords and remarketing lists.

    UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    If your personal information changes, please inform us of the change and any other information you feel is necessary. Also, if your personal information is incorrect, then please notify us of the correct information. We will keep your information as long as is necessary to continue to meet our customer needs and any legal requirements we may have. However, once your personal information is no longer needed, we will destroy it.

    CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We believe that part of establishing trust and integrity comes from allowing you to control your own personal information. As such, we will collect information about you on a voluntary basis. However, in some circumstances before we collect personal information from you, we will have you complete a consent form which authorizes our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
